Briefly about me
I'm 21. My native town is Tver,Russia.
Except everything that connected with my profession I enjoy sport and activity recreation (bicycling,swimming,rope-jumping,basketball,kayak-paddling)
About my study
My studying consists of taking information from internet,meeting different people who can show or tell me smth special,learning in Tver State University(that summer I'll get a diploma of bachelor in computer science), getting additional linguistic education,studying in process (of working for example), etc.
My interests
math,programming,web,linguistics,psychology.
My non-Smalltalk experiences so far
Besides that I've learning in University (C/C++, C#, Java, HTML, XML, CSS),I take part in developing and creating geophysical software during 1,5 years.
My Smalltalk experiences so far
is studing during 2 terms in my University,
my direct experience of creating code on Smalltalk using TDD is the game "Bulls and Cows" (in Visual Works 7.6),
Trying Seaside I did simple examples and read tutorial on seaside.st, so I catched essence.
Now I'm translating part from that book on Russian.
Why am I interested in Smalltalk?
It seems to be unique and friendly,I think.
Will I stay with Smalltalk after the project is finished?
I hope I can bring smth useful in Smalltalk,if I could,of coursre, I stay =)
