I am fun loving guy who loves to go out and explore new places.
I have a passion for programming and integrating different services to come up with a unique solution.
About my study
I am a 3rd year B.E. (Hons.) Computer Science Undergraduate Student at BITS Pilani, Goa Campus.
My interests
1) Exploring the world. Going to new places.
2) Meeting new people.
3) I love to integrate things, services and create something unique, something which fits the need of the hour, something which amazingly complies with all the requirements.
My non-Smalltalk experiences so far
Well, it is highly diversified.
1) Developing and Maintaining online web portal for Student Welfare Division of BITS Pilani, Goa Campus.
2) Individually developed and implemented a Corporate SMS Channel for BITS Pilani, Goa Campus. This Channel is used for administrative multi-casting of SMSs and Student Activity Updates.This involved usage of APIs for Bulk SMS Server of NetCORE Solutions Pvt. Lt.
3) Developing a collaborative surfing (Internet) solution for a closed user group. It is based on Java, PHP, Javascript, SQL, Shell Scripting and Google APIs.
4) Developed a Grapevine Solution for NTPC, Badarpur. It was based on PHP, Javascript, Ajax.
5) Conducted Robotics Workshops for Engineering students at BITS Pilani, Goa Campus and a college at Pune. IT was based on Atmega16 microcontroller. Each Workshop had more than 150 students.
6) Fund Raising for Cultural, Technical & Sporting Activities organized by students by providing branding & publicity opportunities to corporate houses.
My Smalltalk experiences so far
None so far. But I love dynamically typed languages and hence my interest in SmallTalk.
Why am I interested in Smalltalk?
As I said, I love dynamically typed and Object Oriented languages and hence my interest in SmallTalk.
Will I stay with Smalltalk after the project is finished?
Why not ??
