Biography for Rodrigo Bonifácio

I am concluding my PhD in Computer Science at Informatics Center, Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil. During my PhD, I have investigated the use of aspect-oriented constructs for modularizing features in Software Product Lines. I have almost 10 years of experience in Object-Oriented programming, particularly using Java and C++. In addition, three years ago I started to program in Haskell, which I am using to develop Hephaestus, a set of tools, libraries, and specific languages for product line engineering. I have great interest in learn Smalltalk and increase my skills on the task of designing language extensions--- in fact, I have read about extension mechanisms (such as Class-boxes) developed on Squeak. For this reason, I want to join this project and, in a near future, start to develop research on dynamic languages and concurrent language constructs.
